Join us for 'Hens on the Beach', a thrilling watersports experience perfect for hen dos. Based in Poole near Bournemouth, this half-day adventure offers Paddle Boarding, Kayaking, or Giant Paddle Boarding on the golden sands of Sandbanks Beach.
Hens on the Beach offers a perfect Hen Do activity based in Poole, just a short distance from Bournemouth.
Spend a fun-filled half-day on the golden sands of Sandbanks, Poole, enjoying a range of watersports with your friends, including paddle boarding, kayaking, and giant paddle boarding. You'll have private instructors for your session, who will guide you through a variety of skills and games tailored for your group.
We provide wetsuits and buoyancy aids, so all you need to bring is swimwear, water shoes (an old pair of trainers will do), a towel, essential medication, snacks, a hat, and sun cream.
Sessions are three hours long and are available in the morning from 09:30 to 12:30 or in the afternoon from 13:30 to 16:30. Participants must be at least 8 years old, confident swimmers, and comfortable in the sea.

The activity takes place at Sandbanks Beach, and parking is available at the Sandbanks Car Park.

We advise seeking advice from a doctor prior to joining the activity due to the risk of falling off the board. For those who prefer to watch, we provide beach chairs for relaxation.
Essential items to bring include swimwear, a towel, and something to wear on your feet. Additionally, consider bringing any necessary medication, snacks, a hat, and sunscreen.
'Hens on the Beach' is typically held at our Sandbanks base, providing access to the gorgeous sands and waters of Sandbanks Beach. Convenient parking is available nearby at Sandbanks Carpark.

We cannot accommodate anyone outside the listed weight ranges.
You must be mobile enough to climb out of a swimming pool without using steps.
