Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you'll be welcomed by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Kampala. If time allows, explore Uganda's vibrant capital with optional visits to attractions such as the Kasubi Tombs, Uganda Museum or Namugongo Martyrs Shrine.

After breakfast, begin the scenic journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Stop at the Equator for photographs and local crafts before continuing through the rolling hills of southwestern Uganda, often referred to as the "Switzerland of Africa."

Today is the highlight of your adventure. After an early briefing by Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers, begin your gorilla trek through the dense rainforest. Trekking times vary depending on the gorillas' location, but once found, you'll spend up to one unforgettable hour observing these remarkable primates in their natural habitat.
After your trek, return to your lodge to relax and reflect on this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Travel to Queen Elizabeth National Park, entering via the famous Ishasha Sector, renowned for its rare tree-climbing lions. Keep your camera ready as you journey through one of Uganda's most diverse wildlife areas.

Overnight: Queen Elizabeth National Park
Start the day with an early morning game drive along the Kasenyi Plains, searching for lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, Uganda kob, giant forest hogs and many other species.
In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, famous for its large concentrations of hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants and spectacular birdlife.

Overnight: Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast, travel towards Kibale Forest National Park. En route, you may choose an optional chimpanzee trek in Kyambura Gorge, a spectacular rainforest canyon rich in wildlife and birdlife. Continue to Kibale, one of Africa's premier primate destinations.

Overnight: Kibale Forest National Park
Spend the morning tracking wild chimpanzees in Kibale Forest National Park, home to the greatest diversity of primates in Africa. Alongside chimpanzees, you may encounter red colobus monkeys, L'Hoest's monkeys, blue monkeys, grey-cheeked mangabeys and numerous bird species.
Later, visit the renowned Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, where guided walks reveal even more primates, birds and unique wetland wildlife.

Overnight: Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, begin the return journey to Kampala, passing beautiful crater lakes and lush countryside along the way. Arrive in Kampala in the afternoon, where your safari concludes.

Tip: Make photocopies or digital copies of your passport, visa, flight tickets and insurance documents. Leave one copy with someone at home and keep another separate from the originals.
