Over the course of your stay, you’ll complete five wing foil lessons, each lasting around 2 hours. Sessions begin with a clear briefing covering safety, conditions, and the technical focus for the day. From there, you’ll head onto the water to practise with direct guidance and support from your instructor.
If you’re new to wing foiling, you’ll start with wing control, board balance, and basic movement on the water before progressing towards your first controlled rides. For those with experience, sessions focus on improving water starts, riding consistency, upwind movement, and smoother transitions. Each lesson builds on the previous one, helping skills become more natural over time.
With 7 nights at camp, you’ll have a consistent rhythm of lessons and recovery days, allowing your body to adapt while maintaining progress. This extended format gives you more opportunities to practise, refine technique, and gain confidence in different conditions.
A consistent coaching structure across multiple sessions allows for clear and steady progression. Instructors adapt each lesson to your level, providing practical feedback that helps you improve with confidence.
The longer camp format also allows you to settle into a rhythm, combining time in the water with time to relax. With access to varied conditions, quality equipment, and a supportive environment, you’ll have everything needed to develop your wing foiling skills.
