Your stay includes three wing foil lessons, each lasting around 2 hours, focused on building confidence and control step by step. Sessions begin on land where your instructor explains safety, equipment setup, and the key focus for the day before heading onto the water.
Beginners will work on wing handling, balance, and getting comfortable on the board, while more experienced riders will refine water starts, riding direction, and control. Instructors provide ongoing feedback throughout, helping you improve gradually across each session.
With 5 nights at camp, you’ll have time to rest between lessons and allow your body to adapt to the sport. The structure gives you a good balance between learning, recovery, and enjoying the surrounding area.
