Your adventure begins at the Totnes slipway where you'll be greeted by our friendly and experienced guides.
After a brief orientation and safety briefing, you’ll be outfitted with all the necessary equipment, including canoes, paddles, and safety gear. Once you're ready, you’ll venture on a peaceful 3-hour journey along the river.
As you paddle through the calm waters, you’ll have the opportunity to take in the peaceful river landscapes and surrounding natural beauty. The guides will share interesting insights about the area, its wildlife, and its history. You might spot a variety of birds and other wildlife that inhabit the riverbanks.

The tour departs from the public slip way at Longmarsh Carpark, offering easy access to the beautiful waterways of the River Dart. This location is perfect for exploring the gorgeous river scenery and surrounding areas.
This tour is suitable for all skill levels. Basic swimming ability is recommended, and minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Please come dressed in comfortable clothing or swimwear that can get wet.
