Behind the wheel of a capable 4x4, you tackle steep climbs, deep ruts, water and side-slopes that look impossible from the driving seat. No experience is needed. An instructor sits beside you and talks you through the techniques on a private off-road course, building up from gentle tracks to the hairy stuff. It is a favourite for groups and anyone who likes their driving with a bit of jeopardy.
