Few boats combine open deck space and elegant design quite like the Wally 45, making it a popular choice for groups wanting a relaxed but premium day on the water. Large sunbathing areas, outdoor dining space, quality sound system, and comfortable cruising around Ibiza and Formentera create an ideal setup for swimming stops, long lunches, and full-day coastal exploring.
Stepping onboard the Wally 45, you will immediately notice the amount of open living space available throughout the boat. Spacious sunbeds at both the bow and stern create plenty of room for relaxing between swimming stops, while the outdoor dining table offers a comfortable setup for drinks, snacks, or lunch during the day. Guests can connect music through the high-quality sound system, cool drinks in the onboard fridge, and enjoy swimming directly from the large bathing platform during anchor stops around Ibiza or Formentera.
Rather than following a completely fixed schedule, the skipper can adapt the day around sea conditions and the atmosphere your group wants to enjoy. Some charters focus on quieter coves and snorkelling areas, while others include lively beach restaurants, cruising along dramatic coastline, or spending longer anchored in turquoise bays. Paddle boarding and snorkelling equipment are included, while the spacious deck layout makes it easy to relax comfortably throughout the entire trip.

Located on Ibiza’s east coast, Santa Eulalia provides quick and convenient access to both Ibiza and Formentera’s most popular boating areas. Shorter cruising times from the marina mean more time spent swimming, relaxing, and exploring the coastline rather than travelling between destinations.
Depending on the chosen route and sea conditions, the day can include hidden coves, beach restaurants, snorkelling spots, dramatic cliff scenery, or quieter anchorages only accessible by boat. Having several route options available also allows the skipper to select the most comfortable and enjoyable conditions on the day.
No boating qualifications or experience are needed as the Wally 45 is always operated by a professional skipper. Guests simply need to arrive prepared for a day at sea with suitable swimwear, towels, sun protection, and any personal items they would like during the charter.
Sea conditions and wind direction may occasionally affect the recommended route, particularly during changing weather conditions. Flexible itineraries help ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience possible throughout the day.
Creating personalised boat days around Ibiza and Formentera has been the focus of the local team for several years, with every charter designed around comfort, flexibility, and local knowledge. Edgar and the crew know the coastline closely and enjoy helping guests discover areas suited to swimming, relaxing, lunch stops, or scenic cruising depending on the conditions.
Care for the marine environment and a friendly, straightforward approach remain an important part of every trip. From first contact through to returning to the marina at the end of the day, the experience is designed to feel relaxed, organised, and tailored around each individual group.
When making your booking, it is important to select the correct season as prices and availability change throughout the year. Each boat is listed with seasonal rates, so choosing the right option helps ensure your reservation is processed correctly and avoids delays when confirming your trip.
July and August are considered the high season due to the increased demand during the summer months. June and September fall into the mid season, while the rest of the year is classed as low season.
Before your rental day, you will receive all the information needed to find the meeting point in Santa Eulalia, along with details about your boat and departure time. Once you arrive, the team will guide you through the handover process and explain everything you need to know before leaving the marina, including safety equipment, anchoring procedures, and how the boat operates. There will also be time to organise bags, drinks, and any extras you are bringing onboard before departure.
Most rentals last around 8 hours, giving you plenty of time to enjoy Ibiza and Formentera at your own pace. Return times are usually before 19:00, although later returns or sunset extensions may sometimes be arranged depending on availability. On your return, the team will assist with docking and refuelling procedures, check the boat back in, and make sure everything is completed smoothly before the end of the day.
Large open deck areas and generous living space make the Wally 45 particularly popular for guests wanting a more relaxed style of charter around Ibiza and Formentera. Front and rear sunbeds allow groups to spread out comfortably throughout the day without feeling crowded, even during longer cruises or anchor stops.
Outdoor dining space and shaded seating also make the boat ideal for groups wanting to spend time eating, socialising, and enjoying the scenery between swimming stops. Many guests choose this model specifically because of its balance between comfort and performance.
Restaurant stops can easily be arranged during the charter, especially around Formentera where several beachfront restaurants provide tender pickup directly from the boat. Your skipper can recommend suitable options depending on the route and the type of atmosphere your group prefers.
Some guests prefer a relaxed lunch stop before continuing the cruise later in the afternoon, while others choose shorter swimming stops throughout the day instead. The flexible nature of the charter makes it easy to adapt the experience around your group.
Fuel is not included in the charter price for this boat and will be charged separately depending on the route taken, cruising distance, sea conditions, and total usage during the day. Routes covering longer distances, such as full-day trips around Formentera, will naturally use more fuel than shorter Ibiza coastal routes.
Before departure, the skipper can help explain the expected fuel usage based on your planned itinerary so there are no surprises at the end of the trip. Having flexible route options also allows guests to tailor the experience around both the type of day they want and their preferred cruising distance.
