Begin your evening adventure with a scenic quad ride through Alcudia’s old town before following rural tracks that lead to Cala San Joan. This guided experience blends excitement and atmosphere as the route winds towards the coast for sunset views over the sea. A perfect way to end the day with a mix of discovery and relaxation.
Setting off from Alcudia, the tour begins with an introduction to the quads and a short safety briefing. Once everyone is comfortable, you’ll ride through the town’s ancient streets and out into the surrounding countryside, following scenic routes lined with olive groves and stone walls. The guides make regular stops for photos and to share a little about the area’s history.
The route continues to Cala San Joan, a peaceful cove known for its soft sand and clear water. After a brief stop to enjoy the setting, the ride heads up towards La Victoria peninsula. Here you’ll have time to take in panoramic views across the bay as the sun begins to set, painting the coastline in warm light. It’s a relaxed, social end to an active evening on the island.
This tour begins at AV Tucà 4 in Alcudia, a lively coastal town on Mallorca’s northern shore. The area is known for its mix of history and outdoor adventure, offering the perfect base for exploring both inland routes and beachside roads.
Riding towards La Victoria takes you through some of the island’s most scenic terrain, from countryside paths to coastal viewpoints. The sunset adds a special atmosphere, giving riders the chance to see Alcudia Bay from one of the island’s best vantage points.
Participants must hold a valid driving licence to operate a quad. Those under 18 can ride as passengers on a double quad with a responsible adult. Closed shoes are required for safety, and it’s advised to bring sunglasses and sunscreen for the early evening light.
No previous off-road experience is necessary; guides provide instruction before departure and maintain a pace suited to the group. Children aged 8 or above are welcome to join as passengers.
The centre focuses on combining local knowledge with genuine outdoor adventure. Each guide is passionate about Mallorca’s landscape and ensures every group experiences it safely and confidently. The routes are carefully planned to show the island’s diversity — from hidden beaches to open coastal roads.
Attention to detail and friendly service make each outing personal. Photos are included so you can capture the experience, and the small group sizes mean you get time to enjoy the ride without feeling rushed or crowded.
The route is planned to suit both beginners and those with some off-road experience. It includes a mix of smooth tarmac roads and mild gravel sections, giving riders a feel for different terrain without anything too technical or demanding. The briefing before departure covers handling, safety, and how to manage different surfaces confidently.
Guides adjust the pace based on the group’s comfort level, ensuring everyone can enjoy the ride at a safe and steady speed. Whether you’re new to quads or have ridden before, the setup makes it easy to relax and focus on the scenery.
Yes, the tour timing ensures that the group finishes before dark, when visibility is still excellent but the evening light is at its best. All quads are fitted with headlights for additional safety if the light begins to fade near the end of the route.
Guides remain alert to changing conditions and keep the group together at all times. The combination of supervision, well-maintained vehicles, and calm weather typical of summer evenings in Mallorca makes this a safe and enjoyable experience.
There are several planned stops along the route where you can safely take photos of the views, your group, and the sunset itself. The guides also take pictures at the main points of interest so that no one has to worry about missing the perfect moment.
For safety reasons, riders should avoid taking photos while driving, but the frequent breaks mean there’s plenty of opportunity to capture memories without rushing. All photos taken by the guide are shared afterwards at no extra cost.
The double quads are designed with passenger comfort in mind, offering spacious seating and good stability even on uneven ground. They’re ideal for couples or friends who want to share the ride while still enjoying the power and control of a modern quad.
Passengers can sit back and enjoy the scenery while the driver handles the steering, making the experience sociable and fun for both. The suspension absorbs bumps well, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride throughout the tour.
Tours continue in light rain as long as conditions remain safe. The quads handle well in damp conditions, and rain often adds a fun, adventurous touch to the ride. However, if heavy rain or storms are expected, the tour will be rescheduled or refunded.
The team checks weather updates before every departure and makes decisions based on safety first. If rescheduling is necessary, guests are contacted as early as possible to arrange a new date.
You’ll spend around 15 to 20 minutes at La Victoria, giving you time to stretch your legs, take photos, and enjoy the sunset without feeling rushed. This spot offers some of the best views of the bay, especially in the warm glow of the evening light.
It’s also a good moment to relax after the ride through Alcudia and the countryside. The guide coordinates the timing so everyone can enjoy the full sunset before the group begins the return journey.
There’s usually a short break at Cala San Joan, long enough for a quick swim or to cool your feet in the sea. The cove’s calm waters and soft sand make it a perfect mid-tour stop to refresh before continuing towards the sunset point.
If you plan to swim, bring a towel and swimsuit under your riding clothes. The stop adds a relaxing element to the adventure, combining both activity and downtime in one outing.
