We partner with Rewilding Britain to help protect our natural spaces for future adventures.
All centres are vetted for safety and quality. Your adventure is in good hands with adventuro.
Come along for the excitement of white water rafting amidst the gorgeous Lake District. Perfect for ages 10 and above, this adventure guarantees laughter and unforgettable memories, whether you're a family, a group of friends, or part of a team-building event.
Your adventure begins with a comprehensive safety briefing by our highly qualified raft guides. You'll then set off in convoys, navigating some of the best white water rapids in England. Each raft will have an experienced guide to ensure your safety while maximising the fun.
You'll start on the peaceful waters of Windermere, gradually building up to the exhilarating Backbarrow Falls. The nature of the rivers means each trip can vary based on weather conditions, providing a unique experience every time. Wet or dry, we raft in all conditions, and we have the right wetsuits to keep you comfortable. Expect interaction and friendly competition between rafts, enhancing the overall excitement.
Be mindful of the timing, as the adventure can sometimes extend beyond the estimated duration. It's best to plan flexible post-rafting activities, such as enjoying a meal at a nearby pub. While the physical demands are moderate, make sure you’re ready for an active day out on the water.
Set amidst the beautiful rivers in the northern and southern regions of the English Lake District, our rafting trips take you to some exclusive spots accessible only by water.
