Share an unforgettable sunrise experience with family, friends or someone special on a private hot air balloon flight reserved exclusively for your group. Soar above Segovia's UNESCO World Heritage skyline without sharing the basket with other passengers, creating a more personal and relaxed way to experience one of Spain's most historic cities.
Rather than joining a shared departure, you'll enjoy a balloon reserved solely for your group. After meeting your pilot before sunrise, you'll head to the launch site where the balloon is prepared for flight while the crew explains the process and completes the final safety checks. The relaxed atmosphere allows everyone to enjoy the anticipation before gently lifting into the morning sky.
Drifting above Segovia offers uninterrupted views of one of Spain's most celebrated historic cities. From your private basket, you'll admire the Roman Aqueduct stretching across the city, the elegant Gothic Cathedral standing proudly above the rooftops and the fairytale-like Alcázar overlooking the surrounding countryside. With only your invited guests on board, there's plenty of space to enjoy the scenery together, celebrate a special occasion or simply appreciate the peaceful surroundings.
Following a gentle landing, you'll celebrate with a traditional glass of cava while enjoying a picnic breakfast prepared by the crew. A personalised flight certificate signed by your pilot is presented before you're transported back to the launch site in a 4x4 support vehicle. Professional photographs and an HD video are included, allowing everyone in your group to relive the experience long after the flight has ended.
Rising above the historic city of Segovia, this exclusive balloon flight showcases one of Spain's most impressive UNESCO World Heritage Sites from a unique perspective. Launch sites are selected according to the morning's weather conditions to ensure the safest route while offering exceptional views across the city and surrounding countryside.
Just over an hour from Madrid, Segovia is well known for its medieval streets, remarkable architecture and outstanding local cuisine. A private balloon flight is an ideal addition to a romantic getaway, family celebration or special day spent exploring this historic destination.
Suitable for guests aged 6 years and over, this experience requires no previous ballooning experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the activity.
Wear comfortable outdoor clothing together with trainers or walking shoes suitable for grassy launch and landing areas. High heels and sandals are not recommended, and bringing a cap or hat is advised for additional comfort during the flight.
Choosing a private balloon flight allows you to enjoy the entire experience exclusively with the people you've invited. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, engagement or simply looking for a memorable day together, the private setting creates a more personal atmosphere from take-off to landing.
Alongside experienced pilots and a dedicated support crew, your booking includes breakfast, a cava celebration, professional photography, HD video, return transport and a personalised flight certificate. Every detail is organised for you, allowing your group to focus entirely on the experience.
A private flight is perfect for couples, families, groups of friends or colleagues who want to enjoy the experience together without sharing the basket with other passengers. It's particularly popular for proposals, anniversaries, birthdays and other important celebrations.
Having the balloon reserved exclusively for your group creates a much more personal atmosphere, allowing you to celebrate, take photographs and enjoy the views at your own pace.
Private flights can accommodate groups of up to 10 people, with pricing available for groups of up to 6, 8 or 10 participants.
This flexibility makes it easy to choose the option that best suits your group while still enjoying an exclusive experience from start to finish.
The complete experience lasts approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. This includes meeting the crew, balloon preparation, the one-hour flight, breakfast, the cava toast, your flight certificate and transport back to the departure point.
The relaxed schedule means there's plenty of time to enjoy every part of the experience without feeling hurried.
Your route depends on the wind conditions on the morning of the flight, but you'll typically enjoy panoramic views of Segovia's Roman Aqueduct, Gothic Cathedral, the Alcázar and the surrounding Castilian countryside.
Because every balloon follows the natural direction of the wind, no two flights are exactly alike, making each experience unique.
Yes. Private balloon flights are one of the most popular choices for marriage proposals, milestone birthdays, anniversaries and family celebrations.
The exclusive setting, combined with the peaceful nature of ballooning, creates an unforgettable backdrop for life's special moments, and the included professional photography helps preserve those memories.
Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor conditions is recommended, together with trainers or walking shoes. Layers work well during the cooler early morning before the sun fully rises.
Avoid sandals and high heels, and consider bringing a cap or hat for additional comfort during the flight.
