Private Full Day Sailing Cruise in Barcelona

It’s best to dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. Even in summer, it can get breezy on the water, so a light jacket or windbreaker is recommended. Sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen will help protect you from the sun, and a towel is handy if you plan to get a little wet.

Footwear should be flat and secure; avoid flip-flops or slippery shoes. You might also consider bringing a small bag for personal items, and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the tour. Checking the weather forecast ahead of time helps ensure you pack exactly what you need.

Guests receive breakfast or lunch onboard, with light snacks such as olives, jamón, cheese, and crisps available throughout. The open bar offers cava, wine, beer, and soft drinks.

Special dietary requirements can be accommodated if notified in advance. The crew ensures everyone has sufficient refreshments while maintaining the flow of the cruise and allowing private time.

Children are welcome on board and are considered full passengers. The number of spots is limited, so all passengers—including infants—need to be registered and paid for to guarantee a safe and comfortable experience.

Parents should ensure children are supervised at all times and are comfortable around water. Life jackets are provided for all passengers, including children, to maintain safety standards throughout the tour.

It’s important to arrive on time as tours cannot accommodate late arrivals. Boats operate on strict schedules, and missing the start time means the tour may depart without you to stay on schedule.

We recommend leaving plenty of time to reach the meeting point, considering traffic, public transport, or other delays. Checking the location in advance and planning accordingly helps ensure you don’t miss any part of the experience.

Safety is a top priority. All boats are commercially certified and regularly inspected to meet strict maritime standards. Professional skippers handle navigation, and a well-stocked medical kit is kept onboard. The tour route stays close to the coast for additional safety and emergency access.

Weather conditions are constantly monitored. If conditions become unsafe, the tour will be rescheduled or cancelled to prevent any risk to passengers. Passengers are also briefed on safety procedures at the start of the tour, and life jackets are provided for everyone.

Pets are not permitted on this sailing activity to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. The boats are designed to accommodate a specific number of human passengers, and adding pets could disrupt safety and space.

If you would like to bring a pet along, consider alternative options such as arranging care onshore or looking into pet-friendly excursions in the area. This ensures you can still enjoy your sailing experience without worrying about your pet’s welfare.

Tours only get cancelled in rare circumstances, usually due to unsafe weather conditions or operational issues. In such cases, you will be notified as early as possible so you can adjust your plans without stress. Safety is always prioritised, so cancellations are done to ensure everyone on board remains secure.

If the activity is cancelled, you will be offered the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund. This ensures you don’t miss out on the experience entirely, and gives flexibility in case your schedule changes.

No prior sailing experience is required. The skipper and crew handle all navigation, sailing, and safety. Guests can simply enjoy the cruise or participate lightly in tasks like raising sails under guidance.

All safety protocols are explained at the start, including deck movement and swim platform usage. This ensures that every member of the group feels secure and comfortable throughout the day.

Yes, the itinerary is flexible. The crew consults with your group before departure to plan the route, timing, and activities based on weather, wind, and preferences. Trips can include coastal sightseeing, nearby coves, or a visit to Sitges.

The crew will adjust the day as needed, including meal times, swimming breaks, and relaxation periods. Optional extras like live guitar, flowers, or a photographer can also be incorporated to make the cruise fully personalised.

Swimming is possible in calm conditions, generally from May to September. Crew members supervise to ensure safety, and a platform makes entering and exiting the water easy.

Guests who prefer not to swim can relax on deck, enjoy drinks, or take photos while others swim. The crew monitors conditions to ensure everyone can enjoy the water safely.
