Join a tandem paragliding flight above Bali's southern coastline, with take off sites chosen around Uluwatu cliffs or Nusa Dua beaches depending on the day's wind and weather. You fly with a certified instructor, so no prior experience is needed, just comfortable clothes, closed shoes, and a head for heights.
After collection you transfer to the flying site for the day, meet your instructor, and complete a short safety briefing before take off. Afternoon departures are common (around 13:00), with return around 17:00 depending on traffic and conditions. In the air you get wide views over turquoise water, cliffs, and beaches on a tandem flight.
After landing and packing down you return to your hotel. Site choice between Uluwatu and Nusa Dua follows the day's wind so the team can pick the safer, more reliable option. Flying sites and timings can change with wind and visibility. Wear sport friendly clothing and closed shoes for take off and landing. Optional photo or video packages may be available separately.
Flying is based on South Bali coastal sites around Uluwatu or Nusa Dua. On a good day you can see turquoise water, white sand stretches, and dramatic limestone edges from the air.
The exact launch point is confirmed on the day so the team can match conditions. You travel by included hotel transfer from the listed South Bali and Ubud areas rather than making your own way to the cliff or beach launch.
No paragliding experience is required. You should be comfortable with heights, able to take simple instructions in English, and fit enough for a short run or assisted launch as directed by your instructor.
Minimum age is 13. Weight and fitness limits can apply for safe tandem flying, so share any concerns when you book if you are unsure. Wear sport friendly clothing and closed shoes.
Flights are tandem with a certified instructor, with hotel collection and drop off included for the listed South Bali areas. Briefings and in air cues are given in clear, simple English so first time flyers can follow along.
The team adjusts the flying site to the day's conditions so you can focus on the views rather than the logistics. Keep your phone on so the driver or guide can reach you if timing shifts.
You are collected from your hotel in the listed South Bali or Ubud areas and driven toward the flying site chosen for the day's wind. Use the transfer time to secure loose items and double-check you are wearing closed shoes.
At the launch area you meet your instructor, run through the harness fit, and cover take-off and landing cues. Small personal items can usually be left secured at the base while you fly.

If you are nervous about heights, tell the team on arrival. Many first-timers still enjoy the flight once they understand how the harness and take-off work.
Time in the air is typically around 15 minutes on the standard option, though a longer flight may be available when you book. Door to door, plan for roughly four hours including hotel transfers, briefing, and waiting for safe launch conditions.
Return time can move with traffic, wind, and how busy the flying site is that afternoon.

Yes. Hotel pick-up and drop-off are included from areas around Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, and Ubud. Your confirmed time depends on where you are staying.
If your accommodation sits outside the usual radius, message after booking so the team can confirm whether a transfer is still practical or if a meet point is needed.
Wear comfortable, sport-friendly clothes and closed shoes you can run or step in during take-off and landing. Avoid loose items that could catch in the harness or flap into your face.
Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and tie long hair back. A light layer can help if the breeze feels cooler at height.
