Take an early sunrise hot air balloon flight over Luxor for panoramic views of the Nile valley and ancient west-bank monuments, with hotel pickup in Luxor and a certified flight crew.
Very early hotel pickup brings you to the launch field while the crew inflates the balloon. After a safety briefing you board the basket for the sunrise flight, looking out over temples, the river, and desert cliffs as the light changes.
Checkout may show first-fly and second-fly timing options. After landing you transfer back to your hotel, cruise ship, or accommodation in Luxor.
Flights depart from the Luxor west-bank launch area. Pickup covers hotels and accommodations in Luxor.
Minimum age 5. Passengers should be able to stand in the basket and follow crew instructions. Flights are weather dependent and may move if winds are unsafe.
Certified pilots, hotel pickup, and clear flight-window options make this a straightforward way to see Luxor from above at sunrise without arranging separate transfers.
Meet your driver in the hotel lobby for the pre-dawn transfer to the Luxor launch field. Keep a warm layer handy; mornings by the Nile can feel cool before sunrise.
Watch the balloon inflate, complete the safety briefing, then lift off for panoramic views of monuments, farmland, and the Nile valley in the early light.
After landing with the crew, transfer back to your hotel, cruise ship, or accommodation in Luxor to continue the day.
Complimentary pickup from your hotel or accommodation in Luxor is included. Share your hotel name and a WhatsApp number at booking for the very early pickup time.
Cruise ship guests should confirm the meeting point on the confirmation so the driver can reach the correct dock or lobby.
The overall booking window is about two and a half hours including pickup, inflation, flight, and return. The time in the air is shorter and depends on wind and the crew plan for that morning.
Choose the first-fly or second-fly rate at checkout if both appear, then keep your phone on for the confirmed pickup time.
Balloon flights need suitable wind and visibility. If conditions are unsafe, the team will advise on rearranging or refunding under the Flexible cancellation policy.
Message on WhatsApp with your booking details if you are unsure early in the morning, and wait for confirmation before leaving the hotel.

Bring sun cream, sunglasses, a hat, and comfortable clothes for the day. Pack swimwear and a towel if the outing includes water time.

Check the rate title carefully so you book the option you want, and confirm whether hotel pickup is part of that rate before you pay.
No previous experience is required for a beginner-friendly balloon flight. Guides give a clear briefing and stay with the group throughout.
Tell the team about any nerves or medical notes when you arrive so they can pace the day and keep you comfortable.
Many guests join as families when children meet the minimum age and can follow simple safety instructions. Infants may need to sit on laps where permitted.
Choose a private rate if you want more control over pace and timing for younger travellers.
