Spend the day combining guided off-road exploration with full access to Cozumel’s largest private beachfront. This experience blends a structured 45-minute buggy tour through inland trails and historic sites with an open-format beach pass offering dining, drinks, cultural activities, and shaded relaxation zones. It’s suited to visitors wanting both movement and downtime within a single well-organised day.
Your visit begins with a briefing covering equipment use, route overview, and safety protocols. You’ll then join the buggy convoy and follow your guide through a sequence of inland trails that highlight Cozumel’s varied terrain. The route leads towards El Cedral, a historic village known for its bright buildings, chapels, and long-standing cultural landmarks. Short stops give time for photos and interpretation before returning to the coastal roads that head back towards the beach.
Once the off-road section is complete, you can transition into a full day of beach access and amenities. Shade structures, loungers, rest areas, and swimming zones are spread across the 3,000 ft of private shoreline. Buffet dining stations serve Mexican and international dishes, while the standard open bar provides beer, cocktails, and soft drinks. Cultural shows, music, and informal games take place throughout the day, giving you the option to sit back or join in. Eco-trails offer light walking routes through tropical greenery.
You also receive one non-motorised water activity—snorkelling, paddleboarding, or kayaking. Conditions may vary depending on sea state, and staff will advise which areas are open. Spa treatments, premium drinks, photography packages, and VIP beach zones can be purchased if you want to customise the experience further. Wristbands allow access to included areas, and the layout of the beachfront makes it easy to move between calm, family-friendly, and more energetic zones.
The visit takes place on Cozumel’s western coastline, where an extended private beachfront meets pockets of tropical vegetation and open sandy areas. The shoreline includes both soft-sand entry points and naturally formed rocky zones, making water shoes useful for moving between sections. Nature trails run parallel to the beach, giving visitors access to quieter walking paths without leaving the main facility.
The site is approximately 20 minutes by taxi from Cozumel’s cruise port and downtown area. Most guests travel independently, and taxis are familiar with the route. The beachfront is designed as a self-contained environment with food, drink, restrooms, changing rooms, and shaded seating spread throughout. This setup allows you to stay comfortably for the full duration without needing to leave for external services.
Participants must be at least 18 years old, and a valid driver’s licence is required to operate the buggy. Each vehicle holds up to four guests, and eligible participants may rotate driving duties at the guide’s discretion. Helmets and closed-toe shoes are mandatory for all participants; Croc-style footwear cannot be used. The maximum permitted weight per guest is 113 kg.
The experience is not suitable for visitors who are pregnant or who have conditions such as heart issues, epilepsy, diabetes, recent injuries, or mobility limitations. Alcohol consumption is not allowed before any motorised or aquatic activity. All participants must sign a waiver, and minors attending the beach areas must remain under direct adult supervision at all times. Staff may restrict participation if a guest is deemed unfit, unsafe, or under the influence of alcohol or substances.
This experience brings together off-road exploration, cultural insight, and coastal relaxation within one coordinated structure. Visitors can enjoy a technical guided buggy route and then settle into a spacious beachfront with dining, drinks, and curated entertainment already included. The blend of activity and downtime suits guests looking for a full-day plan without needing to travel between multiple sites.
The venue’s design supports flexibility: you can explore nature trails, join beach games, take part in cultural shows, or simply settle into shaded seating. On-site services, optional upgrades, and well-maintained facilities ensure you can adapt the day to your preferences. With adventuro offering hundreds of tours, lessons, and equipment hire options, this pass works well as either a standalone outing or the foundation of a wider adventure in Cozumel.
The guided buggy portion lasts approximately 45 minutes, including brief pauses for interpretation and route adjustments. The pace is steady and designed to introduce guests to varied terrain without pushing technical limits.
You will complete the off-road section early in the day, leaving ample time for beachfront access, dining, and additional activities. Staff coordinate timing so that buggy groups return smoothly to the main facilities.
A valid driver’s licence is required for anyone wishing to operate a buggy. Only eligible guests who meet age and licence requirements may rotate driving duties during the tour.
Guests who do not drive may still ride as passengers, provided they meet safety requirements. Driving is supervised closely, and instructors offer guidance on handling and spacing throughout the route.
The route includes compact dirt roads, short patches of uneven ground, and smooth coastal sections. These mixed surfaces provide variety while remaining manageable for beginners.
Conditions may change after rain, and tours continue unless the guide determines it is unsafe. Vehicles are designed to handle wet surfaces, but adjustments to speed or route may be made.
The beachfront spans roughly 3,000 feet and includes both sandy and naturally rocky zones. Loungers, hammocks, and shaded seating are positioned throughout to accommodate long stays.
Restrooms, showers, and dining stations make it easy to settle in for the day. Many visitors alternate between swimming, relaxing, and joining cultural activities or eco-trail walks.
A buffet lunch with Mexican and international dishes is provided. Soft drinks, domestic beer, and standard cocktails are available from the open bar.
Premium spirits, à la carte food items, and certain upgrades can be purchased separately. Operational hours for buffet and bar service are posted on arrival.
Your pass includes one non-motorised activity: snorkelling, paddleboarding, or kayaking. Staff will explain where each activity is available and which zones are open based on daily conditions.
Sea state and visibility may affect what is offered. Activities may be paused or relocated if wind or currents increase.
The experience is not recommended for guests with mobility limitations, heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, recent injuries, or anyone who is pregnant. The nature of the terrain requires stable posture and the ability to manage vibrations.
All participants must sign a waiver and follow the instructions of the guides. Staff may restrict access if a guest appears unfit or unsafe to participate.
Closed-toe shoes are required for the buggy tour, and water shoes are useful for sections of the natural beach terrain. Swimwear, reef-safe sunscreen, towels, and lightweight clothing are recommended.
Lockers and towel rentals may be available for purchase. Having your own sun protection and hydration strategy will help keep the day comfortable.
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before or during any motorised or water-based activity, including buggy driving and snorkelling. Staff enforce this to maintain a safe environment for all guests.
After completing the buggy section, you may make full use of the standard open bar. Guests who appear intoxicated may be restricted from certain activities for safety reasons.
The buggy tour operates in light rain, but it may be paused or altered if conditions become unsafe. Trails can be adjusted to avoid hazards, and guides monitor how the terrain develops throughout the day.
Water-based activities are dependent on sea conditions and may be modified or cancelled if visibility, wind, or waves exceed safe limits. Staff will provide alternative options where possible.
