Covering the same broad loop as our signature departure, this twelve-day route takes in imperial cities, film-famous kasbahs and a night in the Sahara. It is offered at a more accessible price point, generally reflecting a difference in accommodation standard. You'll still travel from Casablanca to Marrakech via Fez, Erfoud, Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou.
Imperial cities fill the first stretch, from Casablanca and Rabat into Fez, where several days go to the medina and its artisan workshops. From there the route heads east to Erfoud and the Sahara Desert. A sunset camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes leads to an overnight stay in a desert camp under the stars.
After the dunes, you'll continue to Ouarzazate and Ait Ben Haddou, the UNESCO-listed kasbah familiar from major film productions. Stops at Berber villages and artisan workshops sit along the way. Several days in Marrakech close the trip, exploring the souks, spice markets and Jemaa el-Fna square.
As a Marrakech-based team, we use local knowledge to run this longer circuit with the same care as our other multi-day routes. An English-speaking resident tour manager and local guides travel with you throughout the trip. We arrange private transport, selected stays including the desert camp night, daily breakfast and dinner, and entrance fees, from airport reception in Casablanca to your final drop-off in Marrakech.
You follow the same twelve-day arc as the signature departure, including the Erg Chebbi camel trek, Ait Ben Haddou and time in Fez and Marrakech, at a more accessible price point. The difference is generally the accommodation standard rather than the cities on the map.

From the desert, the journey continues to Ouarzazate and the UNESCO-listed kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, one of Morocco's most filmed locations.
Stops at Berber villages and artisan workshops add further cultural depth along the way.
The final days are spent in Marrakech, exploring the medina, souks and Jemaa el-Fna square before your departure.
