Alanya Coastal Hovercraft Adventure Ride

Ride a hovercraft along Alanya’s coastline, transitioning smoothly between water and sand on a short, high-energy session. This three-hour experience combines a briefing, transfers, and a guided ride designed to introduce a rare motorsport-style activity in a controlled setting.

🧭 Key Details

• Total duration: Approx. 3 hours
• Ride time: Approx. 30 minutes on the hovercraft
• Minimum age: 16 years
• Transfers: Hotel pick-up and drop-off included

🚀 What to Expect

After hotel pick-up, you’ll be taken to the operating area where the session begins with a safety briefing and an introduction to the hovercraft. The guide explains how the vehicle behaves across different surfaces and outlines safety procedures before the ride starts.

The hovercraft ride itself lasts around 30 minutes and focuses on controlled movement over water and sandy shoreline. Unlike boats or jet skis, the hovercraft travels on a cushion of air, allowing it to glide smoothly between surfaces without stopping. The route is designed to demonstrate this transition clearly rather than cover long distances.

During the session, there are moments to pause for photos and to reset between runs. After the ride, you’ll return to the pick-up point and transfer back to your hotel.

📍 Location

The activity takes place along the coast of Alanya, using shoreline sections suitable for both water and sand travel. The operating area is selected to allow safe transitions between surfaces.

Exact meeting and launch points are confirmed after booking and may vary depending on sea and shoreline conditions.

🧾 Prerequisites

Participants must be at least 16 years old. No previous experience or licence is required, as the session is guided and controlled throughout.

This activity is not suitable for younger children. Participants should be comfortable with speed, movement over mixed terrain, and wearing clothes that may get wet or dirty.

⭐ Why Choose This Experience

This is a rare opportunity to try a hovercraft in a coastal environment, offering a different feel from more common water sports. The focus is on experiencing how the vehicle behaves across land and sea rather than technical skill progression.

It also adds variety to the wider mix of water, motor, and outdoor activities available on adventuro, where you’ll find hundreds of tours, lessons, and equipment rental options to build a more varied trip.
