L’Paddlesport Leader Award s’adresse aux pratiquants qui souhaitent encadrer des groupes aussi bien sur des eaux abritées soumises au vent que sur des eaux calmes à faible courant. Les encadrants peuvent choisir de se spécialiser en canoë, en kayak, en stand-up paddle ou en multi-activités.
Cette formation de deux jours, dispensée par notre propre conseiller technique Glenn Scott, couvre tout ce que vous devez savoir pour devenir un pratiquant à la fois sûr de lui et qualifié. Nous vous accordons largement le temps nécessaire pour consolider vos acquis entre la formation et l’évaluation, avec notamment l’utilisation gratuite de nos embarcations depuis la plage de Porthpean.

Cornwall
From our beach site on the Cornish south coast we run instructor-led land and water sessions for schools, groups and families. You get direct access to the shore for kayaking, coasteering and paddleboarding, plus on-site climbing, caving, high ropes and target sports in one place.
Residential programmes include meals, accommodation and evening activities for school groups and summer camps. Flexible formats suit day visits, multi-night stays and holiday clubs for children aged 7 to 15, with qualified staff and equipment provided for scheduled sessions.
Learning Outside the Classroom Quality
The Department for Education’s guidance on Health & Safety on Educational Visits recommends that schools look for the LOtC Quality Badge when choosing external providers of educational visits. The Outdoor Education Advisers’ Panel endorse the LOtC Quality Badge and most Local Authority and Academy Trust’s Outdoor Education Advisers accept it in place of some or all of their provider checks, so using a LOtC Quality Badge holder reduces your own paperwork. Senedd Cymru endorse the advice provided by OEAP Cymru which includes using a LOtC Quality Badge holder.

Adventuremark is a non-statutory safety scheme devised by the Adventure Activity Industry Advisory Committee (AAIAC) for providers of adventurous activities that are outside the scope of the Adventure Activity Licensing regulations. AAIAC, have appointed Adventure Activity Associates Ltd. as the Supervising Body responsible for operating Adventuremark.
