Your session runs for a morning or afternoon on themed paintball maps in Cumbernauld, around 20 minutes from Glasgow. Marshals issue your marker, camouflage overalls and full-face protection, lead a safety briefing, then run objective-based games across woodland and purpose-built arenas, including mock fortresses and pill boxes. Book with 300 paintballs included, or choose 500 if you want more ammo for a busier session without topping up on the day.
On arrival at the Cumbernauld site, collect camouflage overalls, a marker and full-face protection, then join a safety briefing covering distances, game rules and how each scenario works. Your marshal explains the first objective before you head onto the maps.
Games rotate through different zones so you are not repeating the same recapture all session. Short breaks between rounds give you time to reload, grab a drink from the on-site shop and reset. Extra paint is available on the day if you want more ammo.
The site sits on Blairlinn Road, Cumbernauld, G67 4AA, around 20 minutes from Glasgow. Natural woodland sits alongside purpose-built features, with a safe zone, shop, snacks and lunch options on site.
Parking is available for cars and coaches. Follow signs from Blairlinn Road once you leave the main road.
Players must be 11 or over and comfortable taking part in outdoor activity on uneven ground. You need to follow marshal instructions throughout, including safe marker use and staying in the designated playing areas.
No previous paintball experience is required. Wear old clothes and sturdy closed-toe footwear under the overalls. Bring a warm or waterproof layer in cooler weather.
