Perfect for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike, this activity takes you down a 5km stretch of river, navigating rock slides, rapids, and small drops. Using durable 9mm vinyl rings, you'll float through amazing gorges and experience the excitement of white water tubing, all while surrounded by the beauty of South Wales.
Your adventure begins at the finish point of our river trip, where you'll meet your guide and receive all necessary equipment. After gearing up, you'll be transported to the start point at the top of the river.
Following a comprehensive safety briefing, you'll venture on your white water tubing journey. Float down the river, navigate through exciting rock slides, rapids, and small drops, all while soaking in the gorgeous views of the gorge. The session will conclude back at the starting point, where you can change into dry clothes and reflect on your day.

Our experience is designed for individuals aged 14 and up with a moderate level of fitness. No prior experience is necessary, as our expert guides will provide all the instruction and support you need to enjoy the adventure safely.

It's best to wear swimwear underneath your wetsuit for comfort and ease of movement.
Bring a pair of old trainers to wear during the activity, as they will provide the best grip on wet surfaces. If you prefer, we also offer wetsuit boots for purchase at £25 per pair.
Don't forget to bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the session, as you’ll likely get quite wet.

The minimum age for our river tubing trips is 14 years old, making it a great adventure for families and groups of friends.
The session lasts approximately 4-6 hours, including meeting the instructor, transport, changing, and the safety briefing. You will spend at least 4 hours on the river.
While it's beneficial to have basic swimming skills, you will be wearing a buoyancy aid that will help keep you afloat. Our guides will be there to assist you throughout the trip.
River tubing is generally an all-weather activity. However, in rare cases of extreme weather or unsafe river conditions, we may need to reschedule for safety reasons.
Please bring swimwear, old trainers (wetsuit boots are available for purchase at £25), a towel, a change of clothes, and lunch or snacks.
We provide 9mm vinyl river tubes, wetsuits, helmets, and buoyancy aids. Our experienced guides will lead the adventure and ensure your safety throughout the experience.
