Soar over Llechwedd quarry on Europe’s first four-person zip line. Titan pairs two seated zip zones across about 1080m of cable, with four parallel lines in each zone and speeds of up to around 60mph+ on a visit of up to about 2 hours.
Check in early, then walk to kit-up for harness, helmet, goggles and a safety briefing. You pass through an underground tunnel to board a Quarry Explorer truck for the scenic climb to Bravo, where four parallel lines of about 550m launch you over the slate landscape at over 50mph.
After landing, a short uphill walk brings you to Charlie for the second zip zone. Fly again alongside up to three others before de-kit near the site facilities.
Optional headcams can capture your reaction if you want footage to download afterwards.
Llechwedd sits above Blaenau Ffestiniog in Eryri (Snowdonia), with a deep slate-quarry setting that makes the flights feel vast and historic at once.
Reception, kit-up, truck boarding and de-kit stay on one site, so the quarry transfer is built into the adventure rather than a separate logistics puzzle.
Riders must be at least 1.2m tall and no more than 130kg, with closed-toe flat shoes. Under-18s need one participating adult aged 18+ for every three children.
No prior experience is needed. You should be comfortable with heights, a short uphill walk between lines and seated high-speed flight.
Titan is designed for groups who want to fly together: Europe’s first four-person zip format with two distinct quarry zones rather than a single drop.
The Quarry Explorer truck approach and slate landscape give the day a strong sense of place, with clear briefings and fitted kit so the focus stays on the views and the rush.
Arrive about 30 minutes before your start time and check in at reception so you are ready for kit-up. Use the buffer to sort footwear and valuables before harness fitting.
Staff will confirm your slot and point you to the short walk to the kit area.
Walk to the kit-up area for harness, helmet and goggles, plus a full safety briefing. Optional headcams can be collected here if you have booked footage.
Once fitted, you are guided toward the underground tunnel and truck boarding point.
Pass through the underground tunnel to the Quarry Explorer truck, then ride uphill through the slate quarry to the Bravo launch. Enjoy the countryside views as you climb to the first platform.
You alight at the top ready for the opening zip zone.
Clip into Bravo for four parallel lines of about 550m over the quarry, with Eryri views and a ground-rush finish above 50mph. Staff unclip you at the landing.
This is the first of the two seated zip zones.
Take the short uphill walk to Charlie, clip in with up to three others and fly the second zip zone to complete about 1080m of line across the day. Speeds can reach around 60mph+.
Staff unclip you at the end before you head to de-kit.
Follow signs to de-kit where the team removes your harness and directs you to any camera collection point. That completes the Titan circuit.
You finish back near site facilities ready for food or onward plans.
Meet at Llechwedd, Blaenau Ffestiniog LL41 3NB. Arrive about 30 minutes before your booked start time to check in at reception.

Titan flies above the historic Llechwedd slate quarry in Eryri (Snowdonia), with mountain countryside views from the truck ride and both zip platforms.
Four parallel lines in each zone mean you can soar alongside friends or family on the same flight.
Yes. After Bravo you walk a short uphill stretch to Charlie. It is part of the route rather than a long trek, but worth knowing if anyone prefers to take hills slowly.
Staff are on hand at both platforms for clipping and unclipping.
Quarry and mountain weather can affect operations on exposed lines. Safety comes first, and sessions may pause or adjust if conditions demand it.
If plans need to change, the team will be in touch with guidance for your booking.
After kit-up you are guided through a fun underground tunnel to the truck boarding point. It is not a tight crawl and does not involve climbing or steps in that section.
From there the Quarry Explorer truck takes you uphill through the slate landscape to the first launch.
