Experience the thrill of Stand Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) with our engaging SUP Taster Lessons in the scenic coastal town of Bude, Cornwall.
A Stand-Up Paddleboard Taster Session begins by meeting your instructor and getting geared up. We will provide you with a suitable board and paddle, and wetsuits can be made available upon request. Then, your instructor will guide you on how to use your paddle and manoeuvre your board. We will get on the water quickly, so you can start practising. You will soon be cruising around, perhaps taking a little trip up the canal or enjoying an onboard ice cream from The Bude Barge!

No experience is required! Our sessions cater to all skill levels, ensuring a fun experience for beginners and paddleboarding enthusiasts.
Wetsuits are optional and available upon request, ensuring your comfort. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
The session is 2 hours, with 1.5 hours of expert tuition and 30 minutes of free paddle time. Learn key skills and explore at your own pace.
We had a lovely time paddle boarding across the canal taking in the view from on the water up close and seeing the ducks!
