One of the last great exploration voyages on Earth: fewer than 200 vessels have ever completed the Northwest Passage. In 2028, Wavysail is offering just six berths on this legendary 45-day crossing, sailing from Nuuk, Greenland to Nome, Alaska aboard S/Y Quest, in partnership with Swedish polar specialists Ocean Expeditions.

What to Expect
Live and work as active crew alongside a highly experienced polar sailing team, standing watches, navigating ice and threading narrow Arctic channels once attempted only by history's great explorers. Days bring shifting pack ice, remote Inuit settlements, and wildlife rarely seen from land. This voyage is also being documented by filmmaker Alex Stone, so you may find yourself part of the story too.

Previous ocean sailing experience is strongly recommended given the remoteness and duration of this passage. Full training and safety briefings are provided before departure. Not suitable for those with limited mobility, given the demands of high-latitude offshore sailing.
