Glide through Kraków after dark on a Segway tour that blends spooky legends, riverside air and floodlit Wawel silhouettes. Training happens in our courtyard first, so even first timers feel steady before the streets get quieter. The route stays compact but memorable, with photo stops where the castle and squares look their best at night.
Train on X2 Segways in our courtyard, then follow your guide through softly lit streets toward the castle and Planty gardens. Your guide checks everyone is comfortable after training and keeps the group spaced safely on busier lanes.
Hear local ghost tales and medieval anecdotes between photo stops. The compact route suits anyone who wants a memorable night out without a long ride.
Kraków's Old Town and Kazimierz district are compact enough to explore efficiently on a Segway once you have completed training. Cobbled squares, church spires and riverside paths create a memorable backdrop for a guided glide, and the city layout means you can reach Wawel, Planty and the Jewish quarter without long transfers.
Evening tours add lantern light and softer crowds around the Main Market Square, while longer routes cross the river into Podgórze for ghetto history and wide views toward Wawel Hill. Our office courtyard on Sławkowska sits a short walk from the square, so you are in the heart of the action before the wheels start turning.
No Segway experience is needed because every session starts with a hands on safety lesson in a controlled area. You must be able to stand confidently, step onto the platform and follow guide signals throughout the ride, including when we pause for photos or short walks.
Rider age and weight limits follow the rules on your booking and reflect manufacturer guidance for our X2 fleet. Contact the team before you book if anyone in your group needs clarification on eligibility or would prefer a guided bike alternative.
We use X2 Segways suited to city pavements and selected off road sections on adventure style products. Guides train you thoroughly before any street riding begins, and they stay with the group to adjust spacing and speed on busier lanes.
Groups stay small so the guide can watch technique and keep the route enjoyable for first timers and repeat visitors alike. Commentary focuses on stories you might miss when walking alone, from royal legends to wartime history and the everyday rhythm of Kraków's neighbourhoods.
Meet in the courtyard at our office on ul. Sławkowska 6A, a short walk north of the Main Market Square. Look for the guide at the booked start time with your party name ready if asked.
We complete safety briefing and equipment issue on site before heading out. Arrive a few minutes early so training is not rushed.
Segway tours start at our office courtyard on Sławkowska 6A in central Kraków unless your confirmation states another meet point. Arrive a few minutes early so we can check your booking and begin the safety briefing on time.
The office is a short walk from the Main Market Square. Your guide will explain how to reach the practice area and when the riding portion of the tour begins after training.
No experience is needed. Every tour begins with training on how to mount, balance, steer and stop safely. You practice in a controlled area before we head onto quieter streets and paths.
Your guide stays with the group throughout and can adjust speed and spacing for nervous riders. If you do not feel confident after training, speak up before the group departs so we can help or discuss options.
Minimum age and rider requirements follow the live rules on your booking for that product. These reflect manufacturer guidance and insurance conditions for our X2 Segway fleet.
If you are booking for a younger rider or have questions about suitability, ask the team before you book with ages and approximate weights so we can confirm eligibility.
Your Segway, helmet and guided route are included for the booked duration, along with the initial training session. Your guide leads the group and shares commentary on the sights you pass.
Personal expenses, optional extras and transport to the meeting point are not included. Photos you take along the way are yours to keep.
Wear comfortable clothes and flat, closed toe shoes. Avoid loose scarves or long coats that could catch on the handle while you ride.
In cooler evenings or off road tours, bring a light layer and gloves if you chill easily. Sunglasses are helpful on bright daytime rides.
Segway tours run with small groups and a maximum of ten participants per guide on standard products, as noted on your booking. Larger parties may be split across multiple guides so everyone stays safe.
Private tours can sometimes be arranged for your party alone. Ask the team before you book if you want an exclusive guide for your date.
Light rain may still allow the tour if conditions remain safe for Segway use. Your guide may shorten the route or pause until showers pass when that keeps the group comfortable.
If weather makes riding unsafe, the team may reschedule or contact you with alternatives. We will use the details on your booking to get in touch.
Duration is shown on your booking and includes training time plus the guided ride. Shorter joy ride products focus on core Old Town highlights, while longer tours add districts such as Kazimierz or Podgórze.
Finish times can vary slightly with group pace and photo stops. Your guide aims to cover the advertised highlights within the booked window.
You must be able to step onto the Segway platform and stand for the duration of training and riding. The briefing explains how to dismount safely at stops.
If you are unsure whether a Segway tour is right for you, describe your needs to the team before you book. We can suggest a bike tour alternative when that fits better.
Segway riding requires balance and quick reactions. If you are pregnant, have recent injuries or any condition that could affect balance, consult your doctor and contact the team before booking.
We want every guest to enjoy Kraków safely. When a Segway tour is not appropriate, we can often recommend a guided bike experience instead.

About the centre
Kraków
We run guided bike and Segway experiences around Kraków, from the Old Town and riverside paths to Nowa Huta and countryside rides toward Tyniec Abbey. Small groups meet local guides who know the city’s stories, shortcuts, and photo stops, with quality bikes or Segways and safety kit included so you can focus on the ride.
Whether you want a relaxed city loop, a sunset spin along the Vistula, or a longer pedal into green lanes outside the centre, we tailor the pace to your group. Our team handles bike fitting at the office, clear briefing before you set off, and support throughout so first-timers and regular riders alike feel confident on the route.
