Paddle beyond the beaches and discover a quieter side of Ibiza on this guided kayak and snorkelling adventure from Es Figueral. Combining coastal exploration, hidden coves and time in the water, this experience offers a fantastic way to see parts of the island that are inaccessible by land. Suitable for families, couples and solo travellers, it's a fun and memorable way to experience Ibiza's natural coastline.
After meeting your guide near the beach, you'll collect your equipment before taking part in a short paddling lesson and route briefing. Once everyone is comfortable, it's time to launch from Es Figueral and begin exploring the coastline, passing cliffs, hidden coves, remote beaches and fascinating rock formations that are best seen from the water.
Along the route, you'll paddle into small sea caves, visit secluded spots that many visitors never see and stop for a snorkelling session in the clear waters around Punta des Llaut. With masks provided, you'll have the chance to look beneath the surface and discover the marine life found within this protected area.
Later in the trip, you'll enjoy a relaxing break with a drink and snack before continuing along the coastline past traditional fishing areas and peaceful bays. The exact route may vary depending on sea conditions, allowing your guide to choose the best locations available on the day.
Away from Ibiza's busier resorts, Es Figueral offers a more natural setting for exploring the island by kayak. Located on the northeast coast, the area is known for its clear waters, dramatic shoreline and quieter atmosphere, making it ideal for those looking to experience a different side of Ibiza.
Surrounding the beach is a protected marine reserve that helps preserve the area's underwater habitats and coastal landscapes. The coastline features hidden beaches, sea caves, traditional fishing spots and views towards Tagomago Island, creating an excellent environment for both kayaking and snorkelling.
Whether you're completely new to kayaking or have paddled before, this trip is designed to be accessible and enjoyable. A full introduction is provided before setting off, and the stable sit-on-top kayaks are suitable for beginners.

Rather than simply following a set route, Lauren and the team adapt each trip to the conditions on the day, helping you get the most from your time on the water. Their extensive local knowledge allows them to showcase hidden corners of the coastline that many visitors never get the chance to experience.
Years of guiding experience, advanced kayaking qualifications and a genuine passion for Ibiza's natural environment help create an experience that feels relaxed, safe and personal. The focus is always on enjoying the journey, exploring the coastline and creating lasting memories along the way.
