Introducing experienced off-piste skiers to the basics of hut ski touring. This course serves as excellent preparation for our extended hut-to-hut trips, helping to build confidence. You will acquire the essential skills for multi-day ski touring and gain practical experience with mountain hut accommodations.

Day 2: Warm-up & Skills Refresh
Start the day with some resort skiing to get the legs moving before heading off-piste to refresh key ski touring techniques. A short ski tour introduces the basics before skiing back down to the valley. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 3: Ski Tour to a Mountain Hut
Set off on a ski tour towards one of the region’s mountain huts, chosen based on weather and conditions. Learn how to manage your pace and energy over a longer ascent before settling into hut life for the night. Overnight in a mountain hut.
Day 4: Developing Skills & Longer Tour
A full day of ski touring from the hut, applying the skills learned so far. Expect a more challenging ascent and descent, gaining confidence in route choice, navigation, and avalanche safety. Overnight in the mountain hut.
