This programme is designed for individuals who already paddle rivers and are looking to elevate their skills. With expert guidance, get ready to refine your techniques and get a chance to explore the amazing selection of rivers on the West coast of scotland.
Participants will begin the session with a brief overview of the day’s objectives, tailored to your skill level and the specific river conditions. The coaching will focus on refining your paddling techniques, including vital skills for navigating continuous rapids and managing the mental aspects of paddling in challenging environments. Your coach will share invaluable insights on scouting rapids, ensuring you develop the confidence to assess and tackle various water conditions.
Throughout the session, there will be ample opportunity for hands-on practice, allowing you to hone your skills in a supportive atmosphere. As you navigate the river, your coach will provide real-time feedback to help you improve your technique and enhance your comfort on the board. Whether it's mastering drops or experimenting with river surfing, each moment is crafted to build your competence and confidence in white water conditions.

To participate, you should have prior experience paddling on rivers and feel comfortable returning to your board in moving water.
This programme is suitable for those who have already tackled a few rivers and are eager to build upon their foundational skills.
Our centre, located in the gorgeous Scottish Highlands, prides itself on offering specialised white water paddleboarding sessions. With a strong emphasis on safety and skill development, participants can trust in the expertise of Jess, our dedicated coach with over 14 years of personal paddling experience and multiple qualifications in water safety.
Each session is designed to foster a supportive environment, encouraging individuals to push their limits while enjoying the beauty of Scotland's rivers. Join us for an enriching day on the water that promises to elevate your paddleboarding skills and enhance your confidence.

Due to the changeable weather in Scotland, we reserve the right to change the session location in order for the group to have an enjoyable time.
Yes. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
It's essential to wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing that allows for freedom of movement. A wetsuit or drysuit is recommended, especially in cooler weather, as it provides insulation in the water.
Additionally, wear non-slip footwear, such as water shoes or old trainers. Don’t forget to bring a towel and change of clothes for after the session.
All necessary equipment for paddleboarding, including boards, paddles, and safety gear, will be provided.
If you have personal gear, (discounted price), feel free to bring it along, but we need to check its sutable before the session.
