In this Progression Session, you’ll experience:
Your day will be a mix of tuition and race-style training, specifically aimed at preparing you for Enduro tracks within Scotland. Our coaches will guide you through each skill, providing personalised feedback and tips to help you progress.
Our Progression Sessions typically take place at renowned trail centres like Nevis Range or Laggan. However, we are flexible and can arrange to meet you at a location that’s convenient for you. We’ll discuss the meeting point with you via email, providing clear directions and ensuring you’re well-prepared for the day ahead.

This session is designed for intermediate riders who have already mastered the fundamentals of mountain biking. You should be comfortable with basic techniques such as cornering, braking, and handling moderate terrain. The session focuses on refining these skills and introducing more advanced techniques like jumping, drop-offs, and tackling steeper, technical terrain.
A good level of fitness is required for this session. You’ll be riding and practicing techniques continuously for around 6 hours, which involves both physical exertion and mental focus. While we pace the session to suit the group, you should be prepared for a full day of activity.

Yes, we partner with local shops to provide bike rentals and necessary equipment if you don’t have your own. Please let us know in advance if you need to arrange bike hire, and we’ll ensure you have the appropriate gear for the session.
The Scottish weather can be unpredictable, so it’s essential to come prepared with the right clothing and gear for rain, wind, and cooler temperatures. The session will go ahead in most weather conditions, but in the case of extreme weather that could compromise safety, we may need to reschedule. We’ll keep you informed and work with you to find the best solution.
Meeting locations are typically at well-known trail centres like Nevis Range or Laggan, but we are flexible and can arrange a meeting point that’s convenient for you. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide detailed directions and arrange the meeting point via email to ensure a smooth start to your day.
Lunch is not included, but your coach will recommend the best local spots for a meal if needed. We suggest bringing snacks and enough water to keep you energised and hydrated throughout the day.

The session starts at 9:00am and lasts around 6 hours, including breaks. We aim to begin riding by 9:30am, with plenty of time for setup, safety briefings, and equipment checks. The duration allows for in-depth coaching and practice, ensuring you make significant progress in your skills.
The standard group size is between 1-3 riders, ensuring personalised attention and focused coaching. For larger groups of 4-6 riders, we offer an adjusted pricing structure. This small group size allows for tailored instruction and plenty of time for individual feedback. We also offer private 1:1 coaching if you prefer.
