What to Expect
Upon arrival, you’ll meet your experienced instructor, Scott, who will guide you through the session. After an introduction to the climbing environment and the safety aspects of the sport, you’ll begin by learning fundamental climbing techniques. Scott will demonstrate how to move effectively on the wall, teaching you how to use your feet and body in coordination to make each climb easier.
You will also be introduced to basic ropework. This includes learning how to belay safely and understanding how the ropes are used in climbing. As you climb, your instructor will be there to offer support, tips, and encouragement, ensuring you feel confident every step of the way.
