During this caving experience, you'll be guided through a series of fascinating underground passages. Our highly experienced instructors will lead you through the cave system, pointing out interesting geological features and fossils along the way. The adventure includes several fun challenges designed to test your agility and bravery, such as crawling through tunnels and climbing over rocks.

No previous experience is required for this activity. We have caves suitable for children aged 7 years and over, making it a family-friendly adventure.
Our centre, run by husband and wife team Ben and Debbie, specialises in extreme adventure activities in the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Park. With a focus on safety and enjoyment, we ensure that our equipment is always in top condition. Our highly qualified and experienced instructors are handpicked to provide the best possible experience.
Ben, who will be your guide, has over 15 years of experience in the outdoors and has served in the Army, overseeing adventure training for recruits. Our centre prides itself on continually updating our training and equipment, ensuring that we lead the way in providing top-notch adventure experiences.
Please bring swimwear or a change of underwear and a towel. All other equipment, including wetsuit socks and a caving over suit, is provided.
