Itinerary
We will meet at Ardvonnie Car Park in Kingussie at 08:30, where our guides will ensure everyone is fully prepared for the day ahead. After a short briefing, we aim to set off within the hour, depending on weather conditions. Our journey will take us through the lesser-known, yet spectacular, hills and mountains of the Cairngorms.
Throughout the day, you’ll experience a mix of challenging ascents and more gentle trails, each offering gorgeous views and a chance to soak in the peacefulness of these secluded areas. Our guides will share their extensive knowledge of the local environment, pointing out interesting flora, fauna, and geological features. We’ll pause for lunch amidst the hills, providing a moment to relax and take in the surroundings before continuing our exploration.
The adventure will conclude back in Kingussie between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm, where you can reflect on the day’s discoveries.
