Wear sturdy footwear (hiking or running shoes), a swimsuit or shorts under a wetsuit, and bring a towel.

Our guides take photographs on every trip and you may purchase these at the end. This facility is offered to you privately by your guide and the money they charge goes directly to them.
This is completely up to you. If you feel as though the experience executed by the guide is worthy of a tip, please do! Tips are greatly appreciated.
We only cancel an activity if there is unsafe weather conditions. Typically if water levels in the canyons rise too high we will cancel the trip for safety reasons and you will be offered an alternative activity or day/ time slot.
If these are not suitable you will be refunded in full. If conditions are safe and it is only some rain we will continue with all activities.
