No prior experience is required to take part in Cryptic Chase. Participants should be aged 7 or older, and children under 12 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Comfortable clothing and suitable footwear are recommended for walking or running. Weather-appropriate attire is advised, as the activity continues in most conditions, and wellies are available for hire if needed.
