What to Expect

Your tour begins at the Drygate Brewery, a well-known spot just east of the city centre. After a short safety briefing and bike check, the group heads off towards Glasgow Green. Here you’ll take in the People’s Palace and Winter Gardens, a landmark that tells the story of Glasgow life over the past two centuries. Following the River Clyde westwards, the ride continues past bridges with curious local nicknames, striking architecture from both the industrial era and the modern day, and key sites like the Clydeside Distillery and the Finnieston Crane. Along the way, guides will share local stories and interesting facts that bring each location to life.

From there, the route takes you into Glasgow’s West End via Kelvingrove Park, passing through leafy paths, past the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, and alongside the River Kelvin. You’ll also cycle past the Gothic grandeur of Glasgow University before looping back through the city centre. The final stretch includes Glasgow Cathedral, Provand’s Lordship, and the Glasgow Necropolis. Once back at Drygate, your group will settle in for a well-earned craft beer tasting session featuring a flight of four beers from the core range. It’s a relaxed finish with the chance to chat and ask any final questions.
