Experience your first steps into wing foiling with a focused 1.5-hour session. The class combines on-sand exercises and water practice, helping you gain confidence and basic skills under expert guidance. It’s suitable for complete beginners who want to start safely and effectively.
The session begins on the sand, where the instructor introduces the wing and teaches you exercises to familiarise yourself with its handling. You’ll learn the correct way to hold the wing, how to move with it, and how to control direction using your hands and body. This stage helps you feel the wind and develop coordination before entering the water.
Once you are comfortable on land, you’ll move into the water. Here, you’ll combine wing handling with floating and basic navigation. The instructor will guide you on standing up on the wing foil board and generating propulsion using the wing, gradually helping you glide across the water. Personalised guidance ensures you progress safely and enjoyably.
Throughout the class, the instructor is by your side, offering advice, correcting technique, and ensuring your safety. By the end of the session, you will have gained the foundation to continue practising independently and experienced the unique sensation of wing foiling.
