This week-long stay combines multiple outdoor activities to give a full picture of the Verdon region. Guests alternate between guided hiking along cliffs and valley trails, canyoning in the Baou gorge with optional jumps and rope descents, self-paced canoeing on the Verdon lakes, and an e-bike tour along the scenic ridge roads. The variety ensures every day offers a different experience while keeping physical challenge balanced with enjoyment.
Participants follow a structured six-day programme that balances guided and independent activity sessions. Days begin with briefings, proceed to morning and afternoon sports sessions, and finish back at the hotel, allowing rest and meals without extra travel. The combination of adventure and comfort is designed to suit active travellers who prefer staying in private rooms with breakfast included.
Long-term experience in the Verdon region informs the planning of this itinerary. Activity locations are chosen for their accessibility, scenery, and safety, while the mix of guided and independent sessions keeps the week engaging. Emphasis is placed on reducing transfers between sites, allowing more time on the sports themselves, and providing clear guidance and support throughout the stay.

Rooms are private, comfortable, and designed for rest after active days. Each room includes modern amenities and is arranged to suit families, couples, or small groups.
Breakfast is included each morning at the hotel, featuring local products to fuel activity days. Evening meals are also provided, keeping the logistics simple and allowing guests to relax without worrying about finding nearby dining options.
Guests aged 10 and above can join, with children under 18 requiring adult supervision. The programme welcomes families, friends, and solo travellers interested in active exploration.
Guides adjust activity intensity for different abilities, ensuring that everyone can participate safely and enjoyably, whether new to canyoning or experienced in hiking.
Moderate fitness is recommended. Hiking involves uneven terrain, canyoning may include short swims and rappels, while e-biking is designed to be accessible to beginners.
Daily activities are structured to allow rest breaks and sightseeing stops, ensuring the pace is manageable for most guests.
Days usually start with breakfast, followed by guided or independent activity sessions lasting two to four hours. Lunch is flexible, allowing guests to picnic or eat locally.
Evenings include dinner at the hotel, debriefs on the day’s adventures, and free time for relaxation or short walks around the village.
No experience is necessary. All activities are guided or provided with clear instructions and equipment, making them accessible for beginners while still offering interest for those with previous experience.
Safety briefings and personalised guidance are provided, and all sessions are adapted to ensure comfort and enjoyment.
Private rooms in the hotel provide comfort, cleanliness, and privacy. Shared lounges allow for socialising and planning the next day’s activities.
Communal dining spaces offer the opportunity to meet other guests, share experiences, and discuss highlights of the day in a friendly environment.
Breakfast is included daily with fresh, local ingredients. Dinner is provided each evening, highlighting regional dishes and seasonal products.
Lunch is flexible, with guides offering recommendations for local cafes, picnic spots, or supermarkets along routes.
Mountain weather is variable, and guides monitor conditions closely. Activities may be rescheduled or routes altered to maintain safety.
Alternative activities or times are offered if weather conditions prevent planned sessions, ensuring guests still experience all highlights safely.
