This retreat is designed for beginner to intermediate runners who are comfortable covering 10km per day. A basic level of fitness and enthusiasm for trail running and outdoor activities are essential.
You should bring suitable running clothing, including layers for varying weather conditions, trail running shoes with good grip, a waterproof jacket, a small daypack/hydration vest, personal items like sunscreen, a hat, a headlamp, and any personal medications. A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking.
While prior trail running experience is beneficial, it is not required. This retreat is suitable for those with a basic level of fitness who can comfortably run or walk 10km per day on varied terrain.
The minimum group size is 5 participants, with a maximum of 10. This ensures a personalised experience and allows participants to connect closely with each other and the guides. If you would like to book this retreat for a larger private group, we would be happy to make this happen.
Accommodation at Ariundle Lodge is shared, offering a comfortable and communal environment ideal for bonding with fellow participants. Private accommodation is available upon request at an additional cost.
