Itinerary
Day 1: Theory and Basic Practice (2 hours theory + 3 hours practice)
The course starts with a classroom-style session covering the fundamentals of climbing, including safety protocols, equipment handling, and rope work. Day 3: Advanced Techniques and Practical Application (7 hours practice)
The final day consolidates your skills with extended climbing practice that includes safe top-rope assembly, lead climbing basics, and route setting principles. The day concludes with a review of safety procedures and tips for progressing beyond the course.
