Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our friendly and experienced team who will ensure you're equipped with top-notch gear.
After a thorough safety briefing, you'll begin your descent into the cave, abseiling down into a world of amazing underground formations.
As you progress through the cave, you'll encounter cascading underground waterfalls, requiring you to abseil through them—a truly exhilarating experience. You'll also navigate various traverses and challenges that test your agility and bravery. Throughout the adventure, our expert instructors will be by your side, providing guidance and encouragement. The adventure concludes as you make your way back to the surface, having conquered the depths of the cave.
Our activity centre is based in Ingleton, North Yorkshire, in the gorgeous Yorkshire Dales. The caves we explore are located within the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District National Park, offering a perfect blend of beauty and exciting adventure.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a basic level of fitness. The activity is not suitable for individuals with severe claustrophobia or serious health issues. A minimum group size of 2 people is required to book the trip, with a maximum capacity of 50 participants.

No previous caving experience is necessary. Our trips are designed for beginners and experienced cavers alike, with our instructors providing all the guidance and support you need.

Caving is an all-weather activity, and our trips usually proceed as planned regardless of the weather.
