Before joining our wild swimming session, participants should have a reasonable fitness level and be competent pool swimmers capable of swimming 50 meters.
Additionally, all participants must complete a waiver before entering the water, with adults required to fill in a waiver for any child under 16 years of age.

We recommend a comfortable swimsuit, swim cap, and, depending on preference and water temperature, a wetsuit for added warmth and buoyancy. Water shoes/socks are also advisable for rocky terrain.
