Small day trips leave Panama City and Playa Bonita for El Valle's crater, the rainforest west of the capital, and the Caribbean coast at Portobelo. You hike, rappel, zip, snorkel or paddle with guides who live those places, and groups stay at ten.
We'll pick you up from your hotel and keep the same guide from the lobby to the trail, the line, or the boat. Hector started guiding here in 2015, and we work with local communities and skippers on the ground.
