Climbing looks like a strength contest and mostly is not. It is closer to a puzzle you solve with your feet, with the odd bit of hanging on for dear life. Beginners often out-climb stronger people simply by staying calm and using their legs.

The easiest way in is indoors. Bouldering means low walls and thick mats, no ropes and no faff. Top-rope and lead climbing add a rope and a partner. Once you are comfortable, the outdoor stuff opens up: sport climbing on bolted crags, and trad climbing, where you place your own gear and earn a bit of adventure with it.

The instructors on adventuro will teach you to climb and to belay properly, whatever your starting point. Walls are friendlier places than their reputation suggests. Nobody is watching, and everyone has flailed about on the easy routes.
