Begin in Evdilos with a short drive to Mesakti Beach, where you can enjoy a morning walk along the sand or a refreshing swim. Your guide will introduce the day, sharing insights about Ikaria’s lifestyle and wellness practices. Stop in Gialiskari village to enjoy a traditional breakfast of tea and freshly baked pita while taking in local culture and architecture.
Continue to an optional Pilates session set in a quiet outdoor area near Pigi. A certified trainer will guide gentle stretches and movements aimed at relaxation, strength, and flexibility. After the session, travel to a nearby monastery to learn about its history and cultural significance, connecting spiritual practices with the island’s daily life and wellness approach.
Conclude the day at the Karimalis family winery, where you will taste locally produced organic wines and enjoy a vegetarian lunch made with seasonal ingredients. Walk through the vineyards while the guide explains traditional farming practices and local culinary techniques. Return to Evdilos reflecting on a day that blends culture, movement, and local gastronomy.

You should be able to manage gentle walking and basic stretching activities. Comfortable clothing suitable for walking, Pilates, and outdoor conditions is recommended, along with a towel, sandals, sun protection, and layers for weather changes.
If you have mobility concerns or specific health conditions, contact the team before booking. Infants under 4 are welcome without meals, and children should be supervised throughout the day, particularly at the beach, Pilates session, and winery.

You will spend approximately 8 hours 30 minutes on this experience. The walking is gentle and manageable, with scheduled breaks for meals, beach relaxation, and wine tasting. All meals are prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients and dietary restrictions can be accommodated. You can also bring additional snacks if you prefer, ensuring you stay comfortable and energised throughout the tour.
You will be informed of any itinerary adjustments in case of rain or strong winds. This could include moving Pilates sessions under cover or taking alternative walking routes.
Guides monitor weather conditions and communicate changes clearly. You are advised to bring layers and rain protection to ensure comfort throughout the day.
