You'll spend five to six hours on a Honda CRF covering about 110 km of dirt roads, mountain paths and a river crossing through central El Nido. About half the line is trail, so this day sits between a scenic highlights ride and a full enduro outing. Guides assess how you ride a manual bike before you leave, and first-time clutch riders should pick a different tour.
The day links named dirt and coast pins across north El Nido rather than a tarmac circuit. You start on Danat Trail and climb toward Duli Viewpoint, then work along Verde Safari Diapela, Ligad Beach, Teneguiban and the Amihan stretch.
Later hours take in San Fernando Viewpoint, Sibaltan beach and viewpoint, then Villa Paz riverbed and Dewil ATV Park. The mix is beaches, inland mountain trail, a river crossing and cliffside viewpoints you cannot reach on a boat tour.
Central El Nido sits between limestone hills, farm valleys and an east-facing coast that most visitors only see from the water. Dirt roads and mountain paths cut inland from Lio toward Duli, Ligad and Sibaltan, then drop into riverbed and paddy ground around Villa Paz and Dewil.
You meet at Kalye Artisano on Lio Estate in Villa Libertad, the garage strip used for this day tour. From there the riding stays in El Nido municipality, moving between village tracks, viewpoints and short stretches of sand rather than heading south toward Port Barton.
This tour is for riders who already have a good amount of off-road time on a manual bike. Half the route is dirt road and mountain trail, and we will not take anyone who has never operated a clutch. Guides assess your riding before you leave the garage, and we will steer you to a shorter, easier day if the line is beyond you.
Bring bottled water or a refillable bottle, plus snacks, trousers and long socks. If you plan to swim, pack flip flops or slides and a compact towel. Riders over 100 kg or 192 cm should book a CRF 300L and check with us first so we can hold the right bike.
The route is built for riders who want real dirt without a full enduro pitch. You still get a river crossing, mountain trail and cliff viewpoints, but the day is paced for intermediate skill rather than technical obstacle practice.
Groups stay between one and six so the guide can watch how you take the loose sections. You ride a Honda CRF we keep for this terrain, on a line of named El Nido pins we use year after year, and you can step up to the 300L on the day if one is free.
After you meet at Kalye Artisano, the first block is Danat Trail and the climb toward Duli Viewpoint. This is the inland dirt and mountain path that sets the intermediate tone, with enough loose ground to need real off-road time already.
Duli Viewpoint is the first big look at the north coast. You still ride trail to reach it, so the stop is a break in the dirt rather than a viewpoint you drive to on tarmac.
From Duli the line works along Verde Safari Diapela, Ligad Beach, Teneguiban and the Amihan kitesurfing stretch. These are village tracks, sand and short coast links, not a highway run, and this is where the river crossing usually sits.
San Fernando Viewpoint follows. You get the east-facing look most visitors only see from a boat, then drop back onto dirt toward Sibaltan rather than looping home early.
Sibaltan Beach and Sibaltan Viewpoint sit on the later hours, with mangrove and sand after the inland trail. Villa Paz riverbed comes next, which is water, rock and farm track stacked together.
You finish around Dewil ATV Park after five to six hours and about 110 km. The named order can shift if a crossing is high, but you still get the same mix of dirt, coast and paddy ground.
It is an intermediate day. About half the route is dirt roads and mountain trails, with a river crossing and cliff viewpoints mixed in, so you need real off-road time on a manual bike already. This is not a first-clutch outing and not a hard enduro line either.
If you want beaches and viewpoints at a gentler pace, the scenic highlights day is the better match. The advanced enduro tour is the step up if you already handle technical obstacles and want a longer, rougher day.
Plan on five to six hours and about 110 km. That window covers the named pins from Danat Trail through to Dewil ATV Park, including stops at viewpoints and beaches, not six hours of continuous wide-open throttle.
The clock can flex with the group and the ground. You still get a full intermediate outing rather than a short taster, so eat beforehand and carry water you can reach on the bike.
The Honda CRF 150L is the default bike on this tour. You can move to a Honda CRF 300L by paying the difference on site the same day, if one is free, or ask us to hold a 300L ahead of your date.
Riders over 100 kg or 192 cm should use the 300L. Contact us before you book so we can check that size is available on your preferred date.
Meet at Kalye Artisano, Lio Estate, Villa Libertad, El Nido, 5313. That is the garage pin for this day tour, the same strip used for the scenic highlights ride, and a different point from the Airport Road meeting used on the enduro day.
There is no airport pickup on this tour. Make your own way to Lio in time for the start, and do not assume you are being collected from the terminal.
Pack bottled water or a refillable bottle, plus snacks, trousers and long socks. Water can be bought at the garage if you arrive without a bottle, but you still need something you can carry once you are on the bike.
If you think you will swim, add flip flops or slides and a compact towel. Bring your own helmet and boots if you already have a set that fits. We provide the bike; kit beyond that travels with you.
No. Riders with no experience operating a manual bike are not allowed on this tour. Guides assess your riding before you leave, and a first clutch day belongs on a shorter, easier outing instead.
Book the scenic highlights ride if you want El Nido from a bike with basics taught on the route. Come back to this intermediate line once you are already comfortable on dirt and a clutch.
Groups run from one rider up to six. That keeps the guide close enough to watch how you take dirt and the river crossing, and it stops the line stretching out on single track.
Solo riders are welcome. If you are booking with friends, tell us the number so we can hold the right bikes on the same date.
We strongly recommend the Honda CRF 300L if you are over 100 kg or 192 cm. The 150L is the default bike, but the larger machine is the better match for that height and weight on climbs and loose ground.
Message us before you book so we can check a 300L is free on your date. You can also ask to reserve one ahead of time, then pay the upgrade difference on site if that is how you prefer to settle it.
Some of the named stops sit on beaches and riverbed, and a swim is possible if the group and the ground allow it. It is not a guaranteed swim tour, so treat water time as a bonus rather than the point of the day.
If you hope to get in the water, bring flip flops or slides and a compact towel. Keep a dry bag for phones and extra clothes, because those stay in your own pack.
No. Meals and drinks sit outside this day, so eat before you leave Lio and carry snacks you can reach on the bike.
Bottled water or a refillable bottle is still something you need with you once you roll out. Water can be bought at the garage if you arrive without a bottle, but you should not count on a sit-down lunch being part of the tour.

El Nido
We'll take you off the beaten path on Palawan, from our home base in El Nido near the northern tip of the island down through Port Barton, San Vicente, and the trails most visitors never reach. Whether you're just learning the clutch or you've been riding for years, we shape the day around your level so you can focus on the views, the beaches, and the jungle tracks.
Our team has been exploring these roads for over a decade. You'll ride well-maintained dirt bikes with an experienced guide, and on multi-day trips a mechanic and support driver stay with the group. Evenings are at comfortable stays we've already scouted, and you can unwind with locally roasted coffee at the cafe when you're back in El Nido.
