All centres are vetted for safety and quality. Your adventure is in good hands with adventuro.
Leave the busy Costa del Sol behind and discover a different side of Málaga Province on this guided one-hour quad bike adventure. Suitable for both beginners and experienced riders, this tour combines quiet country roads with off-road tracks, giving you the chance to enjoy mountain scenery, traditional Andalusian landscapes and a fun outdoor experience.
Your experience begins with check-in, where you'll meet your guide before taking part in a full safety briefing and quad handling session. Even if it's your first time riding a quad bike, you'll be shown exactly how to operate the vehicle and have the opportunity to become comfortable with the controls before setting off. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your booked start time.
Once everyone is ready, you'll head out through the traditional surroundings of Mijas before reaching countryside tracks that lead away from the busy tourist areas. The route combines sections of quiet roads with off-road trails, allowing you to experience a variety of terrain while riding at a comfortable pace suitable for the whole group. Along the way, you'll stop at least twice to admire panoramic views across the Málaga countryside towards Marbella and the surrounding mountains, giving you plenty of time to take photographs before returning to the starting point.
Located just inland from the Costa del Sol, Mijas offers easy access to some of the region's most scenic countryside. Within minutes of leaving the meeting point, you'll find yourself surrounded by rolling hills, rural tracks and mountain landscapes that feel far removed from the busy coastal resorts.
This area of Málaga Province provides an excellent setting for quad biking, with a mixture of traditional Andalusian scenery and elevated viewpoints overlooking the surrounding countryside. It's an ideal location for anyone wanting to experience a quieter side of southern Spain while enjoying an outdoor adventure.
All drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid full Category B driving licence, which must be brought with you on the day of the tour. Passengers must be at least 7 years old and a minimum height of 120cm.
Covered shoes are required for everyone taking part, and flip-flops cannot be worn. Comfortable clothing is recommended as the route can become dusty, and it's also advisable to bring sunglasses, sunscreen and a bottle of water.
With more than ten years of experience, our family-run team has been introducing visitors to the quieter side of Málaga Province through relaxed, guided quad bike tours. Rather than focusing on speed, every experience is designed to help you appreciate the landscapes, mountain views and rural surroundings that many visitors never get the opportunity to see.
Operating in small groups allows every tour to feel welcoming and personal. Friendly guides, well-maintained quads and carefully chosen routes create an enjoyable experience whether you're riding a quad bike for the first time or returning for another adventure.
Children can ride on the back of a quad from 7 years old. They must always be seated securely behind a responsible adult.
Riding on the back allows younger riders to experience the adventure safely while you focus on driving. Guides ensure that seating and safety measures are correctly applied before leaving the base. Families often find this setup encourages shared excitement, with children enjoying views of the mountains and valleys that would otherwise be inaccessible.
No previous quad experience is needed. Before the tour begins, the guide explains how to start, stop, and manoeuvre the quad safely.
Even first-time drivers quickly gain confidence, guided every step of the way. The trails are chosen to suit your skill level, allowing you to enjoy the route without pressure. Experienced riders can also enjoy more varied terrain and off-road tracks that test handling and control.
A full, valid driving licence is required to operate the quad. International licences are accepted if valid in Spain.
The guide will check your licence before the tour starts. Driving without a licence is not permitted for safety and insurance reasons. Anyone without a licence can still join as a passenger, so the whole family or group can enjoy the experience together.
Tours are limited to 4 quads and 8 people.
This ensures you get personal guidance, enjoy a steady pace, and have opportunities to stop for photos without feeling rushed. Small group sizes also make it easier for the guide to manage safety while exploring narrow mountain trails. Many customers comment that the relaxed pace and intimate group size make the experience feel more like a personalised adventure than a commercial tour.
Yes, designated photo stops are included along the route to capture mountain views, valleys, and the coastline in the distance.
The guide will advise the best spots for photography and safe places to pause. Riding on a quad allows access to locations that are not accessible by car or on foot, offering unique perspectives for photos. It’s worth bringing a secure case or strap for your camera or phone to keep it safe while riding.
Comfortable outdoor clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes are recommended.
Helmets are provided, and wearing a bandana is optional to protect from dust. Long sleeves and pants are ideal to protect against sun and minor scratches from vegetation on the trails. Dressing in layers can be helpful, as temperatures in the mountains can change during the day.
Yes, free parking is available outside and inside the venue.
Step-free access allows easy preparation before the ride, and bathroom facilities are available for convenience. The base is well organised to make arrivals and departures smooth, particularly for families or groups carrying extra gear.
Absolutely. Children from 7 can ride safely on the back of a quad, and groups of friends or couples can all enjoy the same experience.
Guided tours are designed to be flexible, allowing the group to move at a comfortable pace. Safety measures are in place for all ages, making it a fun and memorable activity for everyone. Many families return to try longer tours once they see what the mountains have to offer.
