Premium e-bikes include models with large batteries, suspension seats, and Bosch Performance motors. They are designed to provide smooth assistance on hills and long-distance rides, making them suitable for challenging routes and longer tours. Gears are easy to operate and designed to offer a wide range for climbing and cruising comfortably.
Standard e-bikes feature slightly smaller batteries and motors but still provide pedal-assist to make cycling less strenuous. They have multi-speed drivetrains similar to traditional hybrid bikes, offering versatility on both flat roads and gentle inclines. These bikes are ideal for riders who want extra support on longer rides without overcomplicating the controls.
Non-electric bikes are lightweight with high-quality gears and braking systems, making them suitable for riders who prefer traditional cycling. They come with pannier bags for carrying essentials and provide a reliable, straightforward option for exploring Islay at your own pace.
Child seats are available for younger riders, featuring a secure 5-point harness and a rear-mounted design for safety and comfort.
