Spend an evening in the Lehbab Red Dunes combining dune bashing, quad biking, sandboarding and a desert camp dinner experience. With hotel transfers included and a full programme of live entertainment, this 7-hour safari offers a well-balanced mix of activity and relaxation from 270 AED.
Your experience begins with hotel collection in a 4x4 vehicle before travelling to the Lehbab Desert, an area known for its red sand formations and wide dune fields. Upon arrival, your licensed safari driver prepares the vehicle before starting a 15–20 minute dune bashing session. The drive includes controlled climbs, descents and sweeping turns across soft sand terrain. A sunset stop allows time for photography against the open desert backdrop.
After dune bashing, you’ll move to a designated area for your 25-minute self-drive quad bike ride. A short safety briefing is provided before you set off. The riding zone is structured for safety while still allowing you to explore the dunes independently. Sandboards are available so you can slide down selected slopes during this stop.
The evening continues at a traditional desert camp. Refreshments including water, tea, coffee and soft drinks are served on arrival. You can enjoy a short camel ride, optional henna painting and photo opportunities in traditional attire. Dinner is served as an international BBQ buffet with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Live performances include belly dance, Tanura dance and a fire show before your return transfer to Dubai.
The safari takes place in the Lehbab Desert, approximately 45–60 minutes from central Dubai. This area is popular for its red dunes and open desert landscape, making it suitable for dune driving and controlled quad biking activities. The terrain provides a good balance between accessibility and authentic desert scenery.
The desert camp is set away from main roads and city developments, offering a purpose-built space with seating areas, buffet stations and a performance stage. All transfers are provided within Dubai city limits, with pick-up timings confirmed via WhatsApp or phone on the day of the tour.
No previous experience is required for dune bashing, quad biking or sandboarding. Basic instructions are provided before each activity, and professional licensed drivers operate all 4x4 safari vehicles.
This experience is not recommended for pregnant travellers or those with back or heart conditions due to dune driving movements. Infants must sit on a parent’s lap during transfers. The activity is not wheelchair accessible and is unsuitable for pets.
With over seven years of experience delivering tours across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, each safari is organised with a strong focus on timing, coordination and guest comfort. Working independently allows direct communication, flexible arrangements and closer attention to individual bookings.
Lower operating overheads mean competitive pricing without compromising on licensed drivers, quality vehicles or camp standards. The aim is simple: clear pricing, personal service and a smooth desert experience from pick-up to drop-off.
