All centres are vetted for safety and quality. Your adventure is in good hands with adventuro.
At the heart of my coaching service is a passion for adventure, exploration, and building the fitness needed to take on challenging expeditions. With a background in personal training and a lifelong connection to the mountains, the centre is dedicated to helping adventurers of all levels prepare for their next challenge. Whether you need a structured plan to follow, full personalisation, or the highest level of support and accountability, there is a package to suit your needs.
Each package offers a different level of personalisation, interaction, and support to help you achieve your expedition fitness goals.
Designed for those who need structured guidance without full personalisation. This plan provides semi-customised training with flexibility, allowing you to choose between home or gym workouts based on your available equipment. It’s ideal if you’re confident training independently but need a clear direction.
A fully personalised training plan for those who want expert guidance and direct interaction to stay on track. The plan is tailored to your specific goals and expedition requirements, ensuring you build the right fitness level for your challenge.
The highest level of coaching for those who want the most detailed support, accountability, and personalisation. This package provides weekly video calls, a fully tailored programme, and additional nutritional guidance to ensure you're in peak condition before your expedition.
This is an online coaching programme, accessible from anywhere in the world. Training sessions and check-ins take place via a fitness app, ensuring you receive structured guidance no matter your location.
No prior fitness level is required to start, but a commitment to training is essential. The centre recommends a minimum of three months on any plan to see progress.
Gym access is optional but can enhance your training.
The centre offers more than just fitness coaching; it provides tailored support to help adventurers feel confident and prepared for their challenges. With a focus on individual progress, detailed planning, and ongoing interaction, every client receives guidance suited to their needs.
Whether you're preparing for a trek, climb, or endurance event, the expertise and structured approach will ensure you're physically and mentally ready for your adventure.
