🌅 What to Expect

Your time on the water begins at Marina Piccola, where the skipper welcomes you on board the Sparviero 700 and provides a short safety briefing. As the boat leaves the harbour, the pace remains easy and unhurried, allowing you to settle in with a drink and take in the view back toward Sorrento. The late-day calm often brings smoother conditions, ideal for comfortable coastal navigation.

The route follows familiar stretches of the Sorrento coastline, passing Marina Grande with its working fishing boats and waterfront houses, then continuing toward the remains of the Villa of Pollio Felice at Regina Giovanna. From the water, the rocky headlands, small bays, and old watchtowers feel more spacious and quiet than during the daytime hours. The skipper adjusts speed and positioning to give you time for photos or simply to sit back and enjoy the atmosphere.

As the sun lowers, attention shifts to the light itself, with warm tones reflecting off the cliffs and sea. This part of the cruise is intentionally flexible, allowing you to linger where the views feel right. If conditions are suitable and your group would like a short swim, this can be arranged before the light fades. The return journey to Sorrento is calm and reflective, marking a gentle close to the experience.

📍 Location

Departure takes place from Marina Piccola, Sorrento’s main harbour area, located just below the historic town centre. The marina is well connected and easy to reach on foot via the lift or pedestrian paths, as well as by taxi or local transport. Clear meeting instructions are provided after booking to ensure a smooth and straightforward check-in.

Once on the water, the route stays close to the Sorrento Peninsula, an area known for its layered cliffs, small coves, and historic coastal features. This stretch of coastline is particularly appealing in the evening, when boat traffic decreases and the light softens, offering a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere compared to daytime cruising.

📋 Prerequisites

Guests should be comfortable stepping on and off the boat with minimal assistance, as the dock and boat layout require basic mobility. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult, and appropriate safety equipment is available on board.

Those who are pregnant or have existing medical or mobility concerns should consider sea conditions and boat movement before booking. The skipper’s instructions must be followed at all times to ensure a safe and relaxed outing.
