FAQ :

What experience level is required for the guided climbs?

Our guided climbs are designed to accommodate all experience levels, from beginners to advanced climbers. Whether you’ve never climbed before or you’ve been climbing for years, we tailor each session to suit your skill level and goals.

If you're new to climbing, our instructors will provide all the guidance and support you need to feel comfortable on the rock. More experienced climbers will enjoy the challenge of tackling more advanced routes, with the safety and expertise of our team.

What should I bring with me for the guided climb?

You’ll need to bring a few personal items for your climb. While all safety equipment (harnesses, ropes, helmets) is provided, we recommend bringing your own climbing shoes and chalk.

Additionally, it’s a good idea to bring plenty of water, snacks, and layered clothing to ensure comfort during your adventure. For winter climbs, you’ll also need appropriate thermal layers, gloves, and footwear for cold conditions.

Are the climbs physically demanding?

Climbing can be physically demanding, but the difficulty will depend on your chosen route and the session you book. For beginners, the climbs are generally less strenuous, with a focus on technique and safety.

For more experienced climbers, the climbs can be more challenging and require a higher level of fitness. Our guides will always assess your fitness level before the climb and adjust the difficulty to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience.

How long will the guided climb last?

The duration of each guided climb varies depending on the type of climb you choose, but typically, sessions last between 4 to 8 hours. For more advanced climbs or multi-pitch routes, the duration can be longer, with breaks for rest and lunch.

Our team will work with you to ensure that the session duration matches your schedule and stamina. If you have a specific time frame or commitment, let us know after booking, and we’ll adjust accordingly.

What is the cost of a guided climb?

The cost of a guided climb depends on the type of session and the number of participants. We offer pricing for individual climbs as well as group and family rates.
