Spend a full day moving between the Chocolate Hills, a cold-water falls in Bilar, and a zip line over the Loboc River. We collect you in the morning, and your guide stays with you from the first stop to the last. The ATV hour sits in the middle of the day so you see the hills up close before you cool off in the water.
Collection is in the morning from your hotel in Bohol. You move through a tarsier sanctuary, an hour on an ATV at the foot of the Chocolate Hills, a swim stop at Pangas Falls, and a zip line or cable car at Loboc Adventure Park. Helmets go on before the machines move, and you can change into swimwear at the falls if you want to get in the water.
Road time between those four stops is part of the day. The usual order is the itinerary below; your guide may swap a stop if a site is busy, and you will still cover the same four places. The day ends when we drop you back.
Carmen is where the Chocolate Hills rise in grass-covered mounds above farmland and palm. The ATV trails run at the foot of those hills, so you ride past the cones rather than only seeing them from a deck.
Pangas Falls sits in Bilar, a short drive on, in a wooded gully with a wide, shallow pool. Loboc Adventure Park looks down on the river from a ridge of trees. You move between these inland towns by road, not around the coast.
Ages from 2 are welcome on this day. You should be happy to sit on an ATV, walk short paths at the falls and sanctuary, and wear a harness for the zip line. No previous riding experience is needed; your guide briefs you before the machines move.
Sun and several hours in a vehicle come with the route. Infants sit on an adult's lap between stops. If you prefer to sit out the ATV or the zip line, tell your guide at the start so the rest of your group can still take those parts of the day.
Local guides start the day from Carmen, right beside the hills, so you are not arriving from a distant depot. Groups stay small enough that one host can keep the pace comfortable and pause when you want a photograph or a rest.
Helmets and briefings are part of how we run the machines, and the same person stays with you at each stop. You will not be left to find the next trail or ticket desk on your own.
You stop at a sanctuary to see tarsiers on their branches at close range. The visit is short and quiet so the animals are not crowded. Your guide will tell you where you can stand and when photographs are allowed.
You put on a helmet, hear the briefing, and ride for about an hour at the foot of the Chocolate Hills. The trail gives you a closer look at the cones than the roadside viewpoint, and your guide leads the line so you do not need to know the route.
After the ride you continue to Pangas Falls in Bilar. The pool is cold and shallow at the edges, and you can sit in the water or stand on the rocks under the trees. This is the pause in the middle of the day.
At Loboc Adventure Park you clip into a harness for the zip line or take the cable car, looking down on the river as you cross. Staff on the platform fit the kit and talk you through the start. The day finishes with the drive back after this last activity.
We collect you from your hotel or accommodation in Bohol. Be ready in the lobby at the time we send after you book. The day ends when we drop you back.
No. Your guide talks you through the controls and the line you will follow before anyone moves off. The hour is led as a group, so you stay behind the guide and match the pace of the riders in front.
If you have never sat on an ATV, say so at the briefing. The trails at the foot of the hills are used for visitors, not for race riding, and most first-timers settle in after the first few minutes.
Wear clothes you do not mind getting dusty on the ATV and damp at the falls. Closed shoes are the safest choice for the machines and for the rocks around the pool. A swimsuit under your clothes saves a change later.
Bring a light spare top for the drive after the ride. A hat and sun cream help on the open stretches between the hills. Leave jewellery and loose scarves in your bag so they do not catch on the handlebars.
Children from 2 may come on this day. Younger children sit on an adult's lap in the vehicle between stops. Whether a child rides an ATV on their own depends on their size and how settled they are after the briefing; your guide will decide on the day.
The zip line has its own staff check at the platform. If a child is too small for the harness, they can watch from the deck while the rest of you cross. Tell us ages when you book so we can plan the vehicle.
Yes. We collect you from your hotel or accommodation in Bohol and drop you back at the end of the day. You do not need to make your own way to Carmen.
Be in the lobby at the time we send after you book. If your stay is outside the usual pickup area, we will confirm the meeting point before the morning starts.
Plan for about 9 hours and 30 minutes from pickup to drop-off. Road time between Carmen, Bilar and Loboc is part of that, and stops can run longer if a site is quiet.
The ATV block itself is about an hour. The sanctuary, falls and zip line are shorter visits around that ride. We do not rush a stop if your group wants a few extra minutes in the water.
Yes, the stop is there so you can get in the water after the ATV hour. The pool is cold and the edges are shallow enough to sit. There is no changing hut you should count on, so a towel and a spare top help.
If you would rather stay dry, you can sit on the rocks and watch. The falls are in a wooded gully, so the air stays cooler than on the open hills.
You clip into a harness at Loboc Adventure Park and cross above the river, or you can take the cable car on the same site. Staff on the platform fit the kit and talk you through the start, so you do not need any climbing experience.
The crossing is the last activity block of the day. If you prefer to skip it, tell your guide early and you can wait at the park while the rest of the group goes across.
Light rain is common inland and the day usually still runs. The ATV trails get muddier and the falls stay open. Your guide will slow the ride and skip a section only if the ground is unsafe.
If a storm makes the roads or the zip line unusable, we will move a stop or wait it out. Safety comes first, and we will tell you as soon as a change is needed.
This outing takes from 1 to 15 guests. Your guide stays with your booking for the day, so you are not folded into a large coach group at the hills.
If you book as a pair or a family, you still follow the same four stops. The vehicle size matches the number of people we collect that morning.
Bring closed shoes, swimwear, a small towel, sun protection and drinking water. A light change of clothes is useful after the ATV hour. Keep phones in a dry bag if you plan to get in the falls.
Meals are not included, so pack a snack if you want something between stops, or plan to buy food at a roadside stall. Cash helps at the smaller sites.
